The apartment is located on the first floor (not ground floor) of a beautiful townhouse in a quiet but lively neighborhood next to Harmonie & surrounded by green parks with children playgrounds.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is equipped with a luxury king size, mango wood, engraved, bed & an Emma mattress (known to be the best European mattress) and comfy pillows.
There's a balcony with a garden view, a table & chairs.
The sun bathes the bedroom and its balcony in the morning in Spring and Summer.
Bed linens are provided.
The bedroom is equipped with an airco unit.
Are you travelling with your infant, we have a baby crib for you at your disposal while all plugs are covered.
Your baby pram, it can be stored in the bike's room of the building.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is spacious & bright & has high ceilings (large sofa & a Smart TV with Netflix).
The dinning table is suitable for up to 6 persons.
There's also a modern sofa chair which can serve as a sleeping option (single bed) for a third person (child or adult).
Sun bathes the living room in the afternoon in Spring and Summer.
The living room is also equipped with an airco unit.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is a fully equipped open kitchen : hot plates, oven (conventional & microwave), fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, bread toaster & all kitchenware & tableware you need to cook. (Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper).
Tea bags, coffee capsules & milk capsules are provided.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a large shower & there's a separate toilet room.
3 towels of different sizes are provided per person.
DRESSING ROOM/UTILITY ROOM:
You will find a washing machine & a dryer in that room that you can use at your convenience. You will find also there an iron & its table.
There are 2 cupboards to store your clothes.
HALLWAY:
3 huge cupboards for you to keep your suitcases, store your shoes & hang your coats.
REMOTE WORKING:
High speed internet & dedicated working desk.
Apartment is exclusive for the guests.
There's no restrictions other than being respectful of the apartment and the neighborhood.
Instructions and explanatory pictures are provided to smoothly self check-in one day prior to your check-in date.
Quiet neighborhood at walking distance from the crowded and noisy Antwerp center.
All supermarket's brands are within walking distance: Albert Heijn (our preferred), Delhaize, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl.
The best way to discover Antwerp is by using bikes.
There's a Vilo bike station 2min away from the apartment and we provide passes on request.
Would you prefer to walk, you can be at the Meir (main shopping street) in less than 20min.
You can of course still use the tramway (station 300m away) and be there in 15min.
Antwerp is a low emission zone. If you travel by car, be aware that you might have to register it online prior to your stay and to avoid a fine.
